Should I be State Registered ?

There is no mandatory State Registration for Pharmacy Technicians in the United Kingdom, but there is mandatory State Registration for Pharmacists in the United Kingdom, currently provided through The Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain (RPSGB). The RPSGB is the professional and regulatory body for pharmacists in England, Scotland and Wales. It also regulates Pharmacy Technicians on a voluntary basis, which is expected to become statutory under anticipated legislation. The primary objectives of the Society are to lead, regulate, develop and represent the profession of pharmacy.

Am I allowed to work in the UK ?

To work as a Pharmacy Technician in the UK through Sonographers Medical you must have an appropriate Pharmacy based qualification and a Right To Work in the UK. Right to Work.....

Do You Support Working Through A Limited Company ?

Many Pharmacy Technicians choose to sub-contract through SONOGRAPHERS Medical in order to take advantage of the tax advantages of working through their own limited Company.  Ltd Company.....

What can I expect of the Agency ?

SONOGRAPHERS Medical operates to a stringent recruitment policy.
