Why Don't Other Agencies Publicise Their Rates Of Pay ???

Could it be that they don't want all their staff to know the answer ?

We have heard numerous tales of a locum being paid one rate and then discovering that their friends or colleagues are on a completely different rate for exactly the same job.

We aim to keep our rates entirely transparent.

We do not negotiate varying rates to entice staff our way. We know that the quality of our service is sufficient to keep you here once you have seen the benefits.

That said, unfortunately the NHS has moved to a system whereby each hospital not only dictates the charge rate they will accept, but also stipulates the pay rate applicable for each locum post.

We will ensure all locums are fully aware of the pay rate applicable to a particular post, prior to accepting it.

If your Agency doesn't appear quite so willing to demonstrate its Rates, perhaps you should ask Why ?
